Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact and including the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
